A view from the sky
Add an extra dimension to your property’s marketing collateral with an image taken with our drone from up to 400 feet in the sky.
Buyers almost expect drone photographs of any property with land or Gardens attached so they can better understand the layout.
We have a few options to choose from:-
- Add aerial photos on to your existing Property Photography Package
- Add aerial photos AND a series of unedited video (in MP4 format) on to your existing Property Photography Package
- A bespoke visit to your property to create aerial photos
- A bespoke visit to your property to create aerial photos AND a series of unedited video (in MP4 format) on to your existing Property Photography Package
Where can we fly?
We can photograph and capture film of your property with our DJI drone. As an “A2 c of c” qualified pilot, Ade can fly almost anywhere in the UK, just not above “uninvolved people’s” heads,. We should be able to cater for most homes, though it may involve low-flying early morning or in the evening to avoid any issues.
Weather Limitations
We will not be able to fly the drone if it is raining or if winds are over 20 miles per hour for safety reasons. Also, aerial photographs are most effective on bright sunny days.
If the conditions are not suitable on the day of a property photoshoot, we may have to return another day. We may be able to briefly break-off photographing your home interiors if a window of good weather arrives on your shoot day.
What do you receive?
Our aim is to fly around the property capturing images from all angles. Our standard package includes a selection of around 10-15, depending on the property, which is usually more than enough for your brochure. You’re welcome to watch our screen and as we fly and guide us to your favourite views of the house.
Video?
If you are producing a video of the property, we can also capture this too – we do not normally edit video beyond the very basics, so can recommend video production companies who could help if you need something professionally produced.
