The Problem

Why Your Team Page Stopped Reflecting Your Business

There’s a moment most businesses recognise, even if they don’t act on it straight away.

Someone joins. Someone leaves. A rebrand happens. And gradually the team page — the one potential clients look at before deciding whether to get in touch — stops looking like the business it’s supposed to represent. The headshots don’t match; some look like they were taken in 2014. A couple of people aren’t on there at all.

It’s easy to live with, right up until a client or candidate looks at it and quietly forms the wrong impression.

“The part I’m probably most known for is making reluctant subjects relax. Most people arrive expecting to hate the experience. Most leave having enjoyed it more than they expected.”

Three Problems

Three Problems That Keep Coming Up

01

The Headshots Are Out of Date

A headshot taken five years ago no longer looks like the person walking into the meeting room — and that gap undermines trust before anyone’s said a word.

02

Staff Dread Being Photographed

The response to “we’re having photos taken on Thursday” is rarely enthusiasm, and that anxiety shows up in the photos. The fix is a photographer who keeps the pace moving and gets the strong frame before anyone has time to overthink it.

03

The Results All Look the Same

White wall, black wall, the same three poses across thirty people — generic enough to have come from anywhere, which means they came from nowhere.

What You Get

What a Properly Planned Shoot Covers

A Team That Looks Relaxed, Not Reluctant

Camera-shy staff are the norm, not the exception. My approach is built around keeping people comfortable — calm direction, light humour, quick pacing — so the results look natural rather than forced.

One Visit Covers Everything

Headshots, team photos, workplace imagery, people at work, outdoor group shots — all in one properly planned shoot day, whether you need one person’s headshot or the whole team.

Photography That Reflects the Real Business

Generic white-wall headshots could have come from anywhere. I use your actual spaces — offices, meeting rooms, exteriors — so the results look like your business.

What Clients Say

“I commissioned Ade for a headshot session for American Express GBT recently and I thoroughly recommend him. Not only is he an absolute delight to work with, well organised, responsive, on time, pleasant with everyone, and the shoot itself went very smoothly (and we are an unruly bunch). Ade then went far beyond his quote and delivered a huge number of very well touched up high quality pictures, putting each of us in their best light.”

— Konstanze Just, American Express GBT

“I can’t recommend Ade highly enough. He has recently taken my third set of profile pictures, and this time there was a team of seven requiring authentic head shots, plus a team shot. Reducing the very many photos down to a shortlist was really very tricky, but we have all come out with at least three different profile pictures as well as a selection of team shots which can be used on our website. Ade did a sterling job of putting everyone at ease, even those of the team who weren’t so comfortable in front of the camera.”

— Louise Turner, Chartered PR, MD

“Adrian took the photos for our new website when we opened our business. He’s a class act. He took lots of photos so we had loads to choose from. He had lots of ideas and was very patient and good-humoured. He sent us all the photos really quickly so we could choose our favourites. They’re on our website and look great. We will definitely be using him again.”
